Registration Checklist:

1. Fill out and submit the registration form. On the form, you will also be asked to pay the registration fee and buy any required items. The items available for purchase are shown below.
2. Fill out one Permission & Medical Release Information Form for each clubber. (Requires Adobe Reader to open and print.)

The following items are available for purchase using the registration form above:
All Clubbers are required to wear a uniform and have a handbook. (If your child started a book last year and didn’t finish it, they should continue it this year).

Green Shirt: 3rd & 4th grade clubbers now have their own uniforms! This shirt features the T&T Ultimate Adventure logo.
Blue/White Shirt: 5th & 6th graders get the most innovative Awana uniforms yet! The 100% polyester jersey-style shirt features the T&T Ultimate Challenge logo.
