Nursery
Our nursery rooms are located on the right side of the main building, as you walk toward the main sanctuary doors. There you will see a set of double doors and a sign labeled - Infants to 24 Months.

the
layout of our building.
The main function of the nursery is to allow parents time for uninterrupted worshiping and hearing the word of God, while their little ones are safe and sound. Please, be sure to follow these procedures.
Park
strollers outside.
Make
sure the items your baby needs are in the diaper bag. No
valuables.
No
runny noses or coughing. We don’t want other babies
to get sick. We have a Mom’s cry room and a Dad’s
cry room available for these times.
Form
a line outside of the nursery, so we can check one
child at a time. This saves confusion.
You
will check in your baby at the counter. Tell the nursery
worker any special need your baby might have (did the
baby eat, diaper changed, food, medication, and any thing
else
you may feel is also necessary).
At
the counter you and your baby will be given a band
with a number. The person who will be picking up the baby
needs
to have this band attached to them, so we can release
the baby.
If,
for some reason, we need to get you out of the service,
the number on your band will flash on the screens
in the sanctuary. Please, sit toward the back, so you don’t
interrupt others if you need to attend to your baby.
When
the service is over, pick up your baby by forming
a line outside of the nursery, and enter one at a time. Remember,
we need to see the band in order to release the baby.
Children
can not pick up babies.
Safety and loving care is our main goal.
Please, follow
all these procedures so that we can minister to all the
children.
If you would like to work in the nursery, stop by and we
will give you an application to fill out. We prayerfully
place all workers in Children’s Ministry. All nursery
workers are carefully screened and trained before they are
allowed to serve here at CCSD.
