Brett was born in Bakersfield, CA, to Dan and Judy Spross (who now reside in Nashville, TN). He is the oldest of three children. He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Philosophy and Theology where he met his wife, Erin. Brett and Erin have 2 wonderful daughters, Brooklyn and Ellison.

Brett has been serving at CCSD as an Assistant Pastor since 2002. He is the teaching pastor for the Saturday night service, oversees the Worship Ministry, Audio/Visual Ministry and the College & Career Fellowship.

Please pray that the Lord would continue to give Brett vision, direction, insight and strength to continue the work that He has placed before him.
