John & Pilar Bonner
John is the director of Calvary Chapel Bible College in Lima, Peru. His wife Pilar teaches Bible classes to women at the Bible College.

John has been with Calvary Chapel for more than 20 years as a pastor, a missionary, an author, and now as director of CCBC Lima. He and Pilar were sent as missionaries to Lima, Peru in 1999. Also serving with them are their three children Michelle, Jason, and Joshua.

Pilar was born in Durango, Mexico and has known the Lord nearly thirty years. As well as being a missionary and John's wife, she is also a full-time homemaker, teacher, and mother.

Diego & Patty Recarte
Diego and Patty have been missionary/church planters in Cajamarca, Peru for three years. They also have a Bible College in their home. They have two daughters, Luhana, age 8, and Tamara, age 4.

Diego served as the Youth Pastor at the Calvary Chapel in Lima for four years. The Pastor there is John Bonner. During this time, God put the people of Cajamarca in Diego and Patty's heart. In 2006 God confirmed to them that they were to go to Cajamarca since there is a great need there for solid doctrine. So they left in October for the city of Cajamarca, 9000ft high in the mountains of Peru, near the border of Ecuador. There are 1,336,000 people there, a high percentage of whom are Quechua Indians (Incas).

Their dress is very different from the people of the Peruvian coast.

We started the Bible College extension using videos, but we've invited Pastors from all over Peru to come and teach in person. Part of our goal is to prepare leaders from other churches.
