Child Care

Child Care is a very needful ministry, and a very servant oriented ministry. There are always opportunities that arise where children need to be ministered to in order for women to attend various events and functions. Women's Bible Study is in need of regular weekly child care. Each Monday evening and Tuesday morning during the Women's Studies, care is needed for infants through elementary age. This ministry allows for a Children's Bible Study and organized instruction time, as well as a play time.

Donations are taken so that some servants can be paid and supplies replenished. When other Women's Ministries arise it is helpful to have a list of willing servants that can help in caring for the young ones.

Worship/Dance/Music

Worship is a very important part of communicating with God. We have worship before and sometimes after Women's Ministry events and functions. It would be great to have several worship teams, choirs, dance, and instrumental talents to glorify our Lord, and have them available to minister whenever and for various events.

Sports Fellowship

Whether you are a runner, walker, rider, or love to play various sports, then this is a ministry that can make you fit for life both physically and spiritually. Taking time to exercise and pray, and even do a little Bible study is something everybody should be doing, and why not with other Christian sisters.

Pro-Life

This ministry is available for those who desire to help with those who choose life over abortion. We support various ministries that work with women in need of care, both spiritually and physically.

Kairos

This is a ministry to those who are incarcerated. Each year there are groups of people who participate in making cookies, writing cards, and praying for a time when the gospel is presented to inmates to be loved on by Jesus and His servants. This is a project that the Women's Ministry loves to participate in. Women and children have fun getting together to make cookies, cards, and then pray for those who will receive those cards and cookies.

There are many testimonies of those in prison receiving the Lord just because they experience Jesus' love through the serving of God's people.

Hobby Fellowship/Home Management

Women love to work with their hands, and this fellowship allows for hands-on creativity, and then some. There are very many talented women who would love to teach or just get together and share in some Christian fellowship while scrapbooking, sewing, crocheting, knitting, cooking, etc. Even sharing a short devotional, praying together, and listening to helpful tips in home management can encourage the everyday woman of any home.
