Responsibilities: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Lord’s house with a servant’s heart. May be assigned a variety of tasks such as: interior and exterior housekeeping duties (i.e., carpet/floor care, window washing, etc.). Responsible for event set-up and tear down.
Qualifications: Must possess a High School diploma or GED. Must be responsible, have a solid work ethic and a desire to serve others.

Responsibilities: Assists classroom Teacher in the implementation of activities to promote the spiritual, social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Responsibilities: Supports Teachers in teaching bible-based curriculum (ABeka) within the guidelines of the school policy and philosophy. Assists Teachers in the direction and training of any Volunteer assigned to their classroom. Assists in the maintenance of student portfolios within assigned classroom (i.e., calendar due dates). Supports Teacher with grading and scoring of classroom homework and test. Uses various technology (i.e., Edline, GradeQuick, email) to ensure homework and test scores are current and communicated to parents. Assists in maintaining the classroom environment including arrangement, appearance, safety and décor of the classroom. As the Holy Spirit leads, provides an environment that will glorify God and train a child in His way. Maintains proper care of all equipment and supplies. Responsibilities: Coach student athletes (various levels) in seasonal sport. Help students fulfill their maximum potential in that specific sport. Maintains CCA standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the professional position. Supervises and mentors athletes within sport. Adheres and enforces school rules, policies and procedures and safety guidelines. Ensures proper use of athletic equipment. Responsible for returning CCA athletic equipment at end of practice and season. Directs athletes at competitive event. Follows all leagues (i.e., Triangle League) and other school policies related to conduct. Reminds athletes and their families of games and practice schedule. Works with Athletic Director in the transportation for all away contests.
Receives and notifies Athletic Director of athlete’s physical and academic eligibility, including special requirements of transfer students. Present for all after school practices and attends games and programs associated with sport as directed by the Athletic Director. May serve in mentoring of students.
Qualifications: Must have previous experience as a Coach and understanding of various practices and techniques. Must be enthusiastic, have high-energy and servant’s heart to serve. Must be First Aid and CPR certified. Must successfully pass background requirements.

Job Title: Cheer Coach

Responsibilities: Coach cheerleaders throughout season and work to help them fulfill their maximum potential. Maintains CCA standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the professional position. Supervises and mentors cheerleaders within sport. Provides weekly devotionals to team. Adheres and enforces school rules, policies and procedures and safety guidelines. Follows all leagues (i.e., Triangle League, Citrus League) and other school policies related to conduct. Reminds cheerleaders and their families of games and practice schedule. Works with Cheer Advisor in the transportation for all away games and events. Receives and notifies Cheer Advisor of athlete’s physical and academic eligibility, including special requirements of transfer students. Present for all after school practices and attends games and programs/events associated with cheer as directed by the Cheer Advisor. Mentors cheerleaders. May be required to attend cheer camp during summer month.
Qualifications: Must have previous experience as a Cheerleader. Previous experience as a Cheer Coach is a plus. Must have working knowledge of various cheer and safety practices and techniques (i.e., tumbling, stunting, etc.). Must be enthusiastic, have high-energy; possess leadership qualities and servant’s heart to serve. Must be First Aid and CPR certified. Must successfully pass background requirements.

Job Title: Librarian & ACSI Coordinator

Responsibilities: Manages all tasks related to school library (library set-up, text book coding, library schedule, etc.). Organize and teach/facilitate weekly library class for K through 8th grades. Ensures coding system for all school textbooks. Maintains automated catalog including continuous addition and purging of materials. Responsible for the organization and upkeep of library space, shelves, publication, and other resources. Responsible for the acquisition of new materials and resources (i.e., research, ordering process). Builds relationships and networks with other professionals in the field. Keeps up-to-date with industry, school trends. Plans and executes library programs and enrichment events throughout the year that promote student’s love for reading (i.e., Book Fair, National Young Reader’s Day, Book Buddies, Author Day, Book Drive, Teen Read Week, Summer Reading Program and National Library Week). Coordinates all ACSI events for school staff and students. Interface with the ACSI Southern California (ACSI) office on all matters related to student activities. Communicate calendar of events to the staff, students and parents and handle registration for these events. Coordinate and oversee CCA’s participation in these events. Gather volunteers and staff support for each event. Organize transportation with families, teachers, and the school office. Responsible for all submitting purchase request, receiving checks and forwarding it to our Accounting Office for these events. Participates in two events as a Coordinator or Volunteer. Ensure proper communication is given to staff, families, students and community. Responsible for the planning integration of activities with the curriculum where possible (i.e., speech and creative writing).
