The Goal

          The Jr. High Fellowship is more than a youth Group.  Our goal is to see unity in our times together.  The term “fellowship” is defined as, to have in common.  We teach our Jr. High students that we can come in unity, receiving and respecting each other in love.  Despite our physical differences, we learn that unity is a reality when we find our identity in Jesus Christ.  We do not permit exclusive boy/girl relationships or any other small group divisions.  We find these types of relationships to be destructive and divisive at the Jr. High level.

 

The Word

          We are committed to teaching the Bible with clarity and passion.  We keep the Word of God as the focus of our Bible studies because we know and believe that it is necessary for our daily lives.  We believe the Bible to be inspired and empowered by God Himself.  In it we find instruction and direction for godly living, which is a huge necessity for the youth of today.

 

The Events        

          Every event is surrounded by an evangelistic message and/or fun-filled time that encourages unity within the Jr. High Fellowship.  They are well supervised by our loving and alert ministry team.  Our ministry team is always ready to encourage the Jr. High students in their faith as well as help them to find a Biblical perspective for the difficulties of life.
